For Long-Term Residents, Regents Park Is Their Home — Not Ours
Happily, our nursing and therapy people, who work side by side with the families of residents, can meet their needs.
At Regents Park Boca we want to make our residents comfortable with their lives in our nursing and rehab center. Simply put, we want to make our nursing and rehab center a happy and caring place for our residents to live and their families to visit.
Our commitment is essentially an unflagging devotion to our residents’ quality of life. What makes this pledge successful is that every staff member in every department on every shift plays an important part in making it happen by working together. We make our commitment to ensuring quality of life happen every day in many ways: by respecting our residents and by showing a positive attitude to residents, their families, visitors and co-workers.
These aren’t empty words; they are straight out of our employee handbook, which lets our employees know about our core beliefs and what we value. Because we stress this philosophy, we’re able to care for individuals who require 24-hour nursing care, most often because they’re chronically ill or can no longer be safely managed at home.
The interdisciplinary team at Regents Park evaluates each resident to help develop a plan of care and therapy if needed, or restorative nursing. Our registered nurses, licensed nurses, and certified nursing assistants provide 24-hour care for our residents.
